Give Yourself Room To Grow

There are some things to always keep in mind in order to learn from your mistakes.
The first thing to do is actually admit that you made a mistake. Don’t justify the mistake or sugarcoat it. Just admit it then you can move to the nest step .
mistake
Make a plan not to make the same mistake again. Take a few minutes to brainstorm things you can do or not do to avoid making that mistake again.  Get ideas from friends or colleagues. No reason you have to go at it alone.

Next, ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?” Have a positive attitude about making mistakes. Consider mistakes as lessons learned. Think about how much smarter you’ll be from these lessons!
think positive
And lastly, don’t ever put yourself down or call yourself names when you make a mistake. Bad feelings about yourself and a negative attitude will hamper your ability to move forward in positive growth.
no name calling
No matter what mistakes you have made, it’s never too late to turn yourself around and get back on track to your goals.

One more thing…Seek our encouragement from positive people and accept it!  Stay away from Negative Nellys and Negative Normans.
And remember, YOU are AWESOME!!!!!
Have an AWESOME day!
